I notice once they're published that practically every entry has a spelling mistake or some other horrible blunder. I can only hope you'll excuse them, because even though there's a facility for editing, I don't seem to be able to use it.
I'll try to make amends by being more careful in future, and providing you with a couple of pictures of our intensive felafel sandwich making - all for a very worthy cause, but I wouldn't mind if I never saw another felafel ...
